G923 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the binding terms between you and the g923 platform. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before using any of our services. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the g923 platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other interface provided — you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This acceptance applies to all users without exception.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after any notified amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The g923 platform reserves the right to update these terms from time to time as required by operational or legal compliance needs.
These terms are supplementary to, and do not replace, any specific rules governing promotions, loyalty programmes, or campaigns run by g923 from time to time.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any time. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. g923 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and request supporting documents for Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless it can be demonstrated that such access was unauthorised and has been reported to the g923 support team within a reasonable time.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the g923 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international regulations.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the identity verification process.
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any third-party tools to exploit the system or manipulate game outcomes.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner contrary to the intent of the offer, including opening multiple accounts.
- Interfering with, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform through technical means or otherwise.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure, and legal action where appropriate.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the g923 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimately yours and do not originate from unlawful or illicit sources.
G923 supports a range of deposit methods including TNG eWallet, DuitNow, FPX transfers, and other local options listed on the platform. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and the policies of the respective financial institution. For automated methods, balances are typically credited within minutes.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the current withdrawal policy stated on the platform. g923 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, for account protection and financial compliance purposes. Any fees charged by banks or payment providers are the user's responsibility.
Confirmed and completed transactions cannot be unilaterally reversed by the user. If you wish to dispute a transaction, please contact the g923 support team within 14 days of the transaction date.
Account Suspension & Closure
G923 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances, without prior notice in serious cases:
- Violation of any provision in these terms or related policies enforced by the platform.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system abuse.
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
- Operating multiple accounts or misusing promotional offers.
- Requests from competent authorities pursuant to applicable legal provisions.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to recover any funds used in activities that violated the rules. Any legitimate remaining balance may be returned at g923's discretion upon completion of the investigation.
Liability Limits & Other Provisions
Intellectual Property
All content on the g923 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of g923 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any such content without prior written consent.
Platform Liability Limits
G923 is not liable for any financial loss, service disruption, or data damage arising from factors beyond the platform's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, user device problems, or third-party failures.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain references to third-party services. g923 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and where necessary, through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.

G923 reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
